TL;DR, just book a meeting immediately and read all this later: I got all of the top agents in West Auckland to pitch me like they were doing job interviews. I wanted to see them all sweat before getting thirty plus grand off me... The flashy robots all responded quickly via phone to schedule a first meeting to introduce themselves, and then aimed to set another meeting a few days later for the appraisal meeting. Kristina responded immediately and provided me with the full appraisal kit at our first meeting, less than a day after I had contacted her. This set her apart immediately, but after then considering that I would be lumped with co-agents if I went with any of the other big "team" players I decided to go with Kristina, with the personal touch and attention of an excellent agent. I'm extremely happy with her support, guidance and professionalism. She did an excellent job of providing ideas and support for staging the property well, ahead of the photos being taken. And she also had fantastic ideas and delivery of innovative marketing ideas on social media to get attention for the property. Her TikTok content is brilliant, and it sets her apart in the sea of agents that don’t even get social media. Kristina has the personality and charm to engage potential buyers, and the drive to ensure everything is done professionally and on time. I've met many agents over the years, and she is the most impressive and personable of all of them. She is a real, interesting and fun person who helps to make the extremely daunting process of selling or buying a house, much smoother and easier to absorb, during an extremely challenging time to sell properties. Kristina was able to get multiple offers coming in on a regular basis in a hard to sell area. I was always confident in her ability to get an offer over the line or have an excellent option in reserve. She kept me up to date constantly while I was in the country and in Canada. Call her yesterday lol.
I'm absolutely wrapped! Being in my 80's I found it delightful how respectful Kristina was, she approached the sale of my home with a cheerful and energetic vibe which really helped me through the process, it can be hard when you're selling a home on your own, she picked me up and kept me going when I was worried or unsure. I can't say enough kind things about her, she did everything so well, and I'm sure I wouldn't have achieved the sale price that I did if it wasn't for Kristina. Kristina gets the Job done As the executor of my late nephews estate I was keen to carry the house sale quickly but efficiently with the maximum return for his benefactors. I initially consulted 2 real estate agents to provide me with sound marketing advice. Kristina managed to pull together a written report within a couple of days and was ready to present this to me at our first meeting. The other agent had done some research but wanted another meeting to present her report. This, plus Kristina's unconventional personality made her my choice. The other agent had more experience in Real estate but I didn't feel she had the same energy and drive. Kristina offered assistance in several areas including engaging tradespeople and to present the property in its best light. She is a warm and friendly person, supportive and keeps in touch regularly. She persuaded me to go to auction prior to Christmas and with her drive and an excellent auctioneer Johnny the house sold very quickly! With additional experience and a couple more years in Real Estate I'm sure Kristina will be one of Ray White's top performers.
I just want put honest review for Kristina .as we live in overseas and decided her to be our sales agent. Since beginning of sales she helped to organise to do work in house and she chose everything for us including painter,lawnmower etc and she was available for us all the time . She guided us from start to end and SOLD properly in auction which was great achievement I would say but was not possible without her I would highly recommended that she is very honest hardworking sales agent she give her more then 100% .
