What a market we appear to be in at the moment – doom and gloom on one side, and rainbows on the other. It will be a new thing for so many who haven’t seen markets like this before. Figures this month show just the same and are a very interesting read…
If you look at the reports that are coming out of all media agencies, they are reporting that we are either at the bottom of the market or very close to it. The figures for this month have shown that for sure with very low dips and even some rises in the market.
Waitakere Median Figures are UP compared to April 2023 by 7.9%
Auckland Median Figures are down 0.5% compared to April 2023
Both regions have had decreases in the last 12 months, however comparing to the last 3 years, most areas are still showing an increase or stability in prices. This is a good thing.
