With an increase in sales numbers of 46 taking the total sales for West Auckland to 232 and an increase in the median sales price by $15,000 taking it up to $920,000. Days on market have dropped by 9 and are sitting at 41 days for March.
In terms of activity, there is an increase in buyer activity in the market. The people looking for homes are qualified, serious buyers which means if you have your home on the market and it is priced, presented and marketed well, you have a better chance of selling.
