The market has shown again that it’s very unpredictable this month with figures all over the place again.

Continuing trend is downward with the median sale price in Auckland Region down 18% year on year, Waitakere is down further at -20.5%.  While these figures are concerning for some if you are looking at the falling numbers year on year, it’s best to remember that property is a long game and if you have held your property for 3 years or more, you are still making a gain in this market.
