West Auckland Market – January 2023

There was a significant dip in prices for January compared to December 2022. While January is a typically quiet month for real estate, the flooding over Anniversary weekend had a definite impact on sales figures.  The one area that didn’t see a decline this month was Te Atatu (Peninsula and South) which both saw an increase in median pricing compared to December 2022.

There were 32 weeks of inventory over the Auckland Region in January 2023 which is 16 weeks more than the same time last year.
