Some interesting changes in the market this month with some suburbs seeing declines in Median price and others increasing. This created an overall increase of $66,000 in the West Auckland market. This reflects an increase of 7.9% compared to January 2023.
Interestingly sales for West Auckland are down by 11 compared to January 2023. This is a 5.7% decrease.
There are reports of increased activity at open homes as well as private viewings and there’s a shift being felt in the market. As always, this change needs to be shown for a few months to have a good reflection on where the market is heading. Comments from some real estate agents and commentators are that we may have finally seen the bottom of the market. Only time will tell…
